No Toothbrush and no room service
We were not given toothbrush in the room and was advised to purchase at the nearby 7-11 across the road.
The staff informed that they do not provide service to send food to the room. we need to order from the bar counter at the ground floor and wait for 15min to collect the food from the bar and bring the food back to the room.

The presence of a child in the parents room seems to be a problem despite the Ibis policy on this regard. The problem seems to be the size of the rooms which makes it quite difficult to apply the Ibis policy and to provide a bed (or a matress) for the "additional" child.
The communication between AsiaRooms and Ibis looks poor, or Ibis did not take sufficient care of the information provided (type of beds, location of the rooms, number of people in the rooms...) This was not very professional.
