good design, poor service and food
The design of the hotel is very good, wood is the main component of the rooms, makes it very warm and friendly - but
- We were in the 3rd floor and like to walk to the 2nd floor where the restaurant and pool is located. But there are no stairs; there are not even Exit signs in case of emergency, no emergency map or description, no fire extinguisher, nothing. After a while we found the stairs, unfortunately both will be used as storage room and are not accessible. In case of fire you’re dead!
- the water tap makes everything wet, just not the hand you like to wash - afterwards your shirt is wet completely and you look like a pig. After showering the water flows from the bath room to the bed "room", fortunately we had no bags in the way.
- We ask for calling a taxi, because it was raining. They told us we shall stay outside on the street and wait for one!
- During check-in we got already a list on which we have to cross what we like for breakfast - we didn't even know what we like to eat for dinner and they ask us already for breakfast! More as the (8) points listed is not available or cannot be prepared with 2 microwaves and gas stove.
- Only news channels (no CNN) are available in English, no movie channels, no documentary, no kids channel, no ...
Don't forget the hotel is rated as a 4 star hotel. I recommend to walk quickly through to see the design and stay elsewhere.
