Bad location, not near to the airport, taxi driver can't find it, to expensive, not like the website, never again
Hotel Update
A good basic hotel though its not close to the airport!!
Quite dissappointing when we arived at the hotel as pictures suggested it was a luxury hotel which in no way wws it. Thankfully wwe re only staying one night which was enough.
Staff however are attentive and helpful but there is no ambience.

Location
The hotel is called the Residence Airport & Spa so I assumed it would be near the airport. It was one and a half hours travel from BKK airport each way so the taxi cost me more than the room......
Good hotel and staff can speak english...
Good hotel and staff can speak english ! there is next hotel a market where you can buy some food very cheaper !

Excellent hotel shame I was there only 1 day, would of liked to have stayed longer. Definately stay longer at this hotel next time i am in the city. Thanks Again. EY
