Bangkoks best kept secret
Probably one of the best places I have stayed in Bangkok over the last 20 years. Located in a small soi (street) it is relatively quiet but within easy walking access to restaurants, street food and most importantly a short work to the dedicated bus( it has it own lane devoid of traffic) that links you to the skytrain and underground rail. No irritating touts which are common in other tourist areas. Rooms are clean with good air conditioning and all necessary facilities the lift is efficent and easy to move luggage to and from. Onsite food is good for light meals only simple but well cooked.Pool is clean and chemicals well balanced and likewise the gym equipment is maintained and works.
Good value for money
Good spacious room, cooking facilities if required but when in Bangkok there's no need, just eat from the street vendors. (may I suggest heading down to Soi 24 (just a few streets away) and the street vendors there have superb food and incredibly cheap, get yourself an entire meal for £1! Fresh fruit large shakes for 50p!)
Hotel staff were very pleasant, they even paid my taxi fare from the airport when the driver didn't have change of the large note I had. (I did pay them back)
Only problem was with the credit card machine not working so we had to get cash which in the end avoided the surcharge anyway.
Breakfast was good although I stuck to the rice dishes and didn't have the more western meals.

Wonderful relaxing place
I spent a night here for an exhibition in Bangkok and really had a relaxing time. The staff were really attentive to my needs and very friendly. There was a good wifi signal free for guests and I was able to VPN to do my work without any problems.
Room was very clean, spacious and tidy. Bed was a good size and sheets were freshly washed and clean. When I asked for an extra towel they brought it up quickly without a problem.
Breakfast was included which consisted of a set meal and drink. Food was adequate and cooked to order.
This hotel is located near the BRT express bus line which takes you to the Silom area and Chong Nonsi Skytrain station. Area was away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to get there quickly. Local shops in area had good and cheap food and services (i got a shave nearby for about $1.50).
Overall I'd definitely stay again.
