I was delighted to stay in this hotel. The staff was very freindly and caring. The food was superb. Overall it was great experience staying there.
Excellent like always
This is my second stay at this hotel when I returned from visiting my home in Hawaii. Everything about this hotel was excellent and will be using this hotel regularly when going and returning from Hawaii. I highly recommend this hotel for its price value and services. Also, I highly recommend Asiarooms.com for the money I saved from booking through them!
Excellent hotel, value for money!
My parents and I stayed at this hotel before flying back home, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel, its beautiful gardens and facilities. The service was great too, restaurant staff were very attentive. The only downside was the food, but overall the hotel is excellent value for money and I would recommend it for a short stay before your flight!
Excellent hotel for single people to families.
I stayed in this hotel before I caught a flight to Hawaii. I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The hotel staffed answered and accommodated all my questions. One thing though is that I was given the wrong food by room service, but the food was delicious overall. Even though this hotel is far from Bangkok, there is a small market, 7 Eleven, and even a Top Charoen a famous eye glass chain in Thailand just a few minutes walk from the hotel.

Stay at Best Western in Bangkok
The hotel is very good and the rooms are nice.
But the only advantage of this hotel is the proximity to the Bangkok airport.
Very convenient as they have a shuttle every 30 minutes.
The hotel is far from the city center and everything else.
So I recommend it only if you have a very early morning flight or you arrive in Bangkok late evening.

Good service clean rooms,pick up from airport good value for money.
Ideal location for bkk
Any time in the future I stay in Bangkok I will be staying here. Perfect location for bkk, superb rooms, food etc. Free shuttle bus both ways, no need to look anywhere else.
