Pros: room is big, clean, posh, comfortable....
Pros: room is big, clean, posh, comfortable. Location is good. View fr apartment is fantastic. Tis is e hotel where my frens and 1 felt most @ home. As compared to anywhere else. We had a gd night sleep everyday.
Cons: as we booked the place tru Asiarooms, we have to go tru a 3rd party whom then finally route the order to the hotel owners. There's a small drama @ the reception where we were checking in because the hotel employees couldn't locate our reservation and insist that we weren't booked for any room. It doesn't help that they couldn't speak english very well and we had a hard time proving our stand. Much time was wasted @ the reservation counter and people were staring. Fortunately, they managed to get the owner of the hotel down, a caucasian man, to settle the matter for us. The owner was kind enough to explain that most likely, the middle man who was coordinating the transaction between Asiaroom and the hotel forgot about registering our order and thus the commotion.

This is a great substitute for the standard business hotel. Its well located and the room is a good sized one bedroom apartment - what a hotel would call a suite.
Its all newly renovated and furnished with great TV and kitchen facilities.
Much nicer than staying in the business hotels (and my business puts me in 5-star hotels). Frankly I'm a little sick of the 5-star hotel so this was a perfect change for me.
final note, the apartment was on the 4-th floor so the views were fantastic!
