We booked one night, just to have a place to stay upon arrival and see if the hotel was any good. We booked another night right the next morning. For us, that says enough. :) The beds are kind of hard but since we're both belly-sleepers that was great. The bathroom was clean and the shower not great but OK. The hotel is located on a not so busy side street opposite a little park and near the National Stadium sky-train station, so very convenient for getting around. If you only travel by taxi or tuk-tuk bear in mind that during rush hours this area gets very congested so you have to calculate extra time. The restaurant is decent and the staff is very friendly and helpfull. This hotel is really great value for money. For around 32 euro a night you get all you need at a good location. We will definitely stay here again when in BKK!

Quiet place opposite the Peace Park. Some taxis are not able to locate it as it is situated along a narrow lane Soi 3 between Rangnam Rd & Rajavithi Rd. Rather dangerous for people to walk along the road as many vans are parked along this one way street (Soi 3). The park is an added breathing space for a good stroll. Taxis are easily available. Convenient stores are nearby and so are the eateries. BTS station is nearby- a 7 mins of slow walk.

Hotel is well located near victory monument.Have stayed here few times due to location but each time I do the price keeps rising and now we are in middle low season and prices are highest ..strange but true . Seems thais use this hotel so full rooms mean they keep bumping prices cos they can
The only real issues I have with this place is the tv stations are mostly not working,every time is stay the tv sucks ..most channels dont work in any room (just a few thai stations ) though the hotel has cable and no one bothers to fix this .My friend stayed here abd arrived to dirty room and 3 hours later it still wasnt clean .

The location near victory monument bts and bus station. The bell boy was highly initiative to book us a taxi at 3.30 AM as we checked out early and needed to catch our flight.
