I got a very good rate through Asia rooms. For the money, the standard of accommodation and the location was outstanding. I only have two faults, the walls are very thin and you can hear a lot of what is going on in the rooms on either side. Secondly the cleaners came to make up my room at about 5pm one day and I had to go take a walk, when i would rather not have - though i did extend my stay for a day and I think they were under the impression that the room had been vacated. I didn't use the restaurant but the pool was pleasant for a early morning or afternoon dip. Overall if you can get this at a special rate - go for it. Lots of good food places both restaurants and street food in the nearby streets and the station is an easy walk.

Quaint Tasteful Hotel
All was good given with the very affordable hotel rates except there's some hipcups with our Room Access Card. The whole Hotel & Room was painted and nicely designed with lively colors. 5 mins walk from Thonglor BTS Station (Exit 1). Salil Hotel apparently are not known by the local cabbies, thus do print out the Map & Address in Thai Words from the Hotel Website to avoid cabbies blindly finding their way around Sukhumvit area.
p/s: There's an Italian Restaurant & Bar named Bacco just tucked outside the Hotel, they served very good Italian food with affordable price. You could also order room service from the Bacco Menu. Try the Pizzas, it's Yummy!
They do also provide free Tuk Tuk Service in and out from hotel to Thonglor BTS.

Nice relatively new facilities. They are expanding them as well. Good value for the price.
The tuk-tuk was more ecofriendly than usual BKK tuk tuks, being seemingly natural gas powered and much less noisy. Unfortunately, they stopped their tuk-tuk service to and from the BTS after 22h00 rather than being available for 24 hours a day as advertised, so just beware. It is true though that the hotel is only a 5 minutes brisk walk from the BTS if you go by Sukhumvit Soi 53 rather than Soi Thonglor as recommended. Nice Sony TV and DVD/CD player in the room. Free wifi was appreciated.

they will fetch you to the thonglor BTS station.
when you comeback from outside and need to go back to hotel, you can just call the hotel number and the tuk tuk car will go BTS station to fetch you! :D

Stayed for 2 nights and was totally staisfied. Could not have ask for more for the price. The staff where friendly, food acceptable, bed and rooms were perfect. Trains station is not far out but hotel has a "tuktuk" to take you in and out from the station. There are also a wide variety of food around the hotel vacinity. Strongly recommended.

The hotel was great! Reception also was very helpful.. On top of that, there's a free tuk tuk service to Thonglo BTS in a minute..! The location was fine, the hotel is clean. By next mid next year I believe there will be a swimming pool.. Hopefully the price will stay that way as it is now..! =) Overall all the staff was great with a big smile..! I like them! Thanks everyone for making my stay an enjoyable one! I will return there again!!

Great room, beautiful, new and clean with a small balcony attached. Awesome Sony Brava flat screen tv and DVD player, wireless fast internet. Bathroom had a water leak but we did not tell staff. Nice café, too, b&b style. Tasty breakfast, although choice of fruits was kind of limited, only melon and pineapple. To reach the public transport, hotel provides free tuk tuk service. I you go back, though, you have to pay transport yourself. Walking from the BTS station would probably take you 15 minutes.
