Rooms are very old and facilities was out of order, cafe many mosquito,services was impolite, overall terrible for me, I never back again..
Pro's and con's
The entrance to this hotel is modern and very clean. The hotel is very well situated close to two very large shopping centers within a short walking distance. The rooms are old and need overhauling. The pool area is run down and needs upgrading and cleaning. The gym/fitness equipment needs repair and upgrading. The staff is outstanding and we received outstanding service from them. The breakfast buffet is outstanding and very fresh and clean. The hotel claims to be an airport hotel, but this is untrue: the hotel does not offer complimentary transfers from the airport, and it lies about 35 minutes driving time from the airport in low traffic costing circa 300 baht. the hotel is not situated near a rail network so cabs are required when moving to and from airport and to and from the center of Bangkok.

handling credit card data
It was not immediately clear how they handled the credit card data. It seemed that they were drawing 4000 baht from the account. Normally they would just take the data. Afterwards it appeared that they had made a reservation for a down payment of 4000 baht. We did not understand this procedure. It was not well explained.

This hotel is advertised on Asia Rooms...
This hotel is advertised on Asia Rooms as being 2.2km away from the Bangkok Airport. It is in fact 22km- about a 30 minute cab ride ($10). And so it is NOT an airport hotel- it is very far away. Having said that, the rooms are clean, comfortable, have new furnishings, the restaurant was excellent as well as the service.

Stayed for one night only and unfortunately there was no hot water supply to hand basin and no plugs fitted in either basin or bath. Bath moved when you stood in it to shower and leaked badly all over the floor. Coffee facilities were stated to be in room, had the kettle for hot water but no cups for sachets of tea or coffee - very disappointing. Hotel good for short stay, foyer and entrance impressive.

Most important thing was the credit card, not the costumer itself. they called you down to the reception twice for the booking. rooms are big and clean. wireless lan quite expensive. should be included in the price.
