Not a 5* - Terrible service
A nice hotel. Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The staff are clearly poorly trained. Staff quoted different prices on services, tried to charge for services that were included, could not manage to ever get service right at meal times, haphazard service making up the room, room equipped with a toaster and kettle yet no cutlery or plates, problems with lifts, payments facilities, food quality lacking. Sadly the list goes on. I previously stayed at same hotel on Koh Samui and really enjoyed the hotel - the only reason I chose this one in Bangkok. I would NEVER stay in this hotel again, and would urge family and friends to do the same. There are too many 5*'s to choose from to ever have such a bad experience.
