Will not stay again
Price: Paid SGD 107 per night for Junior Suite without breakfast (Sleep 4 pax on 2 King Size bed)
Location: Near China Town, but no shuttle service, no train station nearby. Need to take cab.
Customer Service: Their counter staff not friendly upon check in. However we got help from the bellboy to hire a taxi to the airport by meter which is rare as most hotel will advise us to pay 400 baht not including of toll for ride to airport. Our total cab ride cost 220 baht + 70 Baht for highway toll
Room: Looks huge, can refer to their website for pictures. Bathroom doesn't look nice at all. Don't really feel cosy but good for family as Microwave and fridge in room.
Toiletries eg. Cotton wool/buds were not replenished.
Late check out only available till 2pm though we requested till 3pm...but they wouldnt budge at all

Our Mirimar Experience
We were happy with our stay there, the rooms were nice and the beds and bathrooms were clean. The Asia rooms deal was why we stayed there, we had a few small items go missing from our room the staff were not very friendly. Would stay there again but would lock all items in your room before cleaning. Got charged double breakfast as the Buffett was empty. Generally a decent place to stay but lock your items
clean room and very helpful staff, but the area not really strategic. We didnt expect that the seaport quite far from the hotel, and we need to get tuk-tuk to go to china town. However, we love the room design and color
not worth
This hotel provides a very high discount for a very expensive room. I don't believe that it is four-star hotel and the price of a standard room is worth to 7000B per night. It is even not worth to 1299B per night, The showing is broken. The room is not sound-proof. The traffic noise from outside and talking and laughting from other room made me unable to get in sleep.
fair hotel with good location
nice hotel on silom street, far from the noise but still 15 minutes walk from the happenings and 10 minutes walk from sky train.friendly staff.
Short stay
Only stayed four nights,but most enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable but there wasn't much variety in the breakfast. In an excellent location.
bad experience checking in for front desk staff cant read english. i show her asiarooms confirmation of booking but she flips to other pages in my file and question me why i come on wrong date. I told her to pay attention to the right page but again she question me, a bit rude, that why i booked for 1 guest but 2 of us turn up. Again i have to show her what she pointed is actually written 1 night 1 room but clearly stated sleeps 2 on the column below. Misunderstood and or oversight is acceptable but bad attidude is another issue. Somehow a managerial chinese who attend to us when we checking out is very friendly.
1. I came early for the check in time, they offer me new room as my room was not yet available but with additional 3k charge so i dicline. 2. Reception was not treating there fellow asian fairly compare to caucasian guess why? Coz they have welcome drinks for them but for my family nothing not even a smile, rude to fellow asian . 3. Location was very good and hotel very cheap , nice and clean with good restaurant at level 1. Really value for money

not a bad hotel for the money, didn't like the area but, no free internet - 60 BHT an hour - free internet should be standard these days, a bit noisy in the morning also.
Renew Hotel
Good service from staffs, but seem that we're not the hotel's target customer. (we're Thai citizen)
The room is clean but surround with traffic noises. However, room quality's not so good. (rebuilt & rough)
