New hotel Good clean hassle free
My overall stay was excellent specially with asiarooms i could book and pay at the hotel with just confirming my booking from my debit card.
You have have to walk a little to reach the hotel but overall its nice quite place and staff is friendly except one boy cut girl who is at reception in the morning, she was for some reason very Dry when i asked her do you have water in Gym she refused rather than offering me a glass of water, it is a must to have water in gym to drink. the Gym sucks big time.....especially for its important.
the pool is very good otherwise staff is helpful and nice its the cheapest hotel i have had in Bangkok in last 8 years and this was definitely is one if the best i have had. if you don't mind the walk , and like swimming and like peaceful soi in bangkok the this is the place for you definitely

Small room, average pool/outdoor area and general feeling of budget accommodation.
A welcome letter advertised a four-hour 'Happy Hour' including free snacks and canapes yet no member of staff knew anything about this and I wasted 45 minutes trying to get this sorted. There had been a breakdown in communication between the sales staff and frontline staff I was told.

excellent hotel with friendly and helpful staff, good food close by and an easy access to public transport. drawbacks : sex tourism industry on a nearby busy Sukumvit are impossible to avoid.

We stayed at the hotel for two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves . The staff were very caring , curteous and welcoming . They were always willing to be of help. The hotel has a small tuk tuk to shuttle guests to the main rd and its a short walk from there to the bts.there are some great restauramnts close by. All in all it was a super stay and we would definately go back.

Good clean and pleasent room, the only setback is that it is located at the end of the Soi 12. Helpful hotel staff.
If breakfast has more variety or more local variety would have add to the overall experience.
