good hotel easy to airport link and good Customer service
too far away from the center of bangkok you always have to take skytrain+taxi for abput 250baht
sometimes the housekeeping wakes you up at 10 or 11 for cleaning the room...annoying

Cool accommodation
We had two different accommodation in a week.
the first one was in a room on 20 th floor. amazing room with luxury devices, huge tv, jacuzzi and white marble bathroom.
the second one was on 11th floor and it was an average level room without all the extra amenities described above.
good level restaurant and clean rooms.
best value for the money spent.
