What a palace
From the moment we got on the boat, sipped our cocktail and walked up the stairs I was hooked. Room clean everyday and airconditioning nice to come back to. Breakfast was like being served like a king. Really nice place.
lovely hotel setting. Staff very friendly and helpful and even supplied a mobile phone to telephone the hotel when you wanted the boat to collect from the pier for transfer back to hotel. Slightly isolated when in the hotel as the boat has to take you to the pier across the river whenever you want to go out, although there was never any problems and staff happy to go back and forth across the river whenever requested.
Ideal for those who want a very quiet and romantic setting eg honeymoon, special ocassions
The only negative was the price of food and drinks. Very expensive by Thailand standards. Can eat and drink across the river for 1/4 of the hotel prices.

Historical building and modern hotel experience, with excellent customer services. My wife loves it.

Beautiful hotel, impeccable service and much more personal than one of those high-rised buildings in the city. Highly recommend this place.
The hotel is lovely and the staff are really friendly. Was concerned at first about the access- only by boat, but there are regular crossings, and we never waited more than ten minutes for a boat to or from the hotel...
Would recommend it whole heartedly!!
