WI-FI
The present time with smartphones, WI-FI is indispensible. So,the major complaint is NO FREE WI-FI. At least the lobby area SHOULD give Free WI-FI.I think this very important for hotel guest.

Grand lobby, nice big rooms with aplenty well maintained facilities, especially the pool. Good value for money.

Very Expensive internet
The room was a good size and immaculate. Close to the Metro and very convenient. However a 4-5 star hotel was let down by a mediocre breakfast serving and worst of all 500-650 baht per day ($17-$25) per day. In this hotel it should be free!!!!. I repeat !!! 500 -650 baht per day for internet, this is a rip off!
