great hotel
I was very impressed with this hotel and its super friendly/helpful staff.
Before coming here, we stayed at another hotel in Bangkok and we left because we were so appalled at the lack of service.
The staff at Best Western went out of their way to help us from the moment we arrived.
the bed and pillows are AMAZING, its like sleeping on a cloud!

Nice hotel,Staff very frindly and helpful,Rooms are a little small for 2 adults and 1 teenager,
Good location + great staff
The staff was great, the manager, reception, bar, cleaners and the smiling concierge. Well to be honest they were all smilers, but his always seemed to be bigger.
All very helpful, friendly and quite willing to chat.
Located in a dead end so no traffic passing by day + night.
No great views from the rooms that I was in, if any, but there is a roof top area which during the heat of the day is unbearably hot, but in the evening is peaceful + you can see some of the nearby skyscrapers all lit up. On roof top also is a small pool, let’s call it cooling off pool as it is not really big enough to swim in.
If you want to go out of an evening, the Sumhumvit 11, which has decent choice of places eat, differing bars to suit all tastes, and the obligatory 7/11 is a walk around the corner from the hotel.
Nearest tube station Nana again is 5-7 minutes walk or there is a courtesy Tuk-Tuk.
Could not faulty the hotel or the rooms for the price.
I did go back + stay on my return to Bangkok a few days later and it is a nice feeling when the people remember you. It's just got a nice feeling to the place.

Small Friendly Hotel
We stayed in Hotel as cehaper than larger hotels and room ws only adequate for back apcker and short tourist stay over. Room smelt bad on entry as poor drains and bathroom in room along with sinks and drains.
Staff were excellent and friedly and helpful always answering promptly with excellent english. However was dispapointed withd elux room as very small and with no windows and no views made you want to leave hotel frequently. Bfast was both late starting and was poor to non existant standard I would get bfast outside if staying here again.
Bed was excelent with good WiFI and Internet facilities along with free tut tut to Nana station.

Great value, well located for Skytrain
The room had everything you'd want - excellent comfortable bed & pillows, good powerful hot shower, it was compact but well laid out and thought through with enough space for everything (if there were two of you with very big bags it might be a bit of a squash).
My only criticism would be that the a/c is a bit noisy and whilst I didn't hear any noise from adjacent rooms, I did hear noise from the corridor if people were talking as they left/arrived at their rooms.
After reading previous reviews and seeing that the hotel offers a free tuk tuk ride to the nearest Sky train station I was worried that the location would be a problem, but in actual fact it's only about a 10-15 minute walk along a busy Soi so I was happy to walk even alone in the evening.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and it's nice to have a (small) pool too, overall very good value for money.

Little oasis in middle Bangkok
We arrived at this hotel feeling very stressed after our journey. We we immediately greeted with warm smiles and a free cold drink. The staff was friendly and helpful the whole stay. The hotel was very relaxing with the pool and upper terrace. The room was a little small but nicely furnished. The only thing that let it down was the cleanliness especially in the halls. Even so we would happily stay again.

The Best Western Hiptique was overall very good, in terms of the stay experience and value for money (USD 52 per night). Room was comfortable, bed and bathroom clean and sufficent space for a short stay.
The hotel is located at the very end of Soi 13 which works well. I would suggest the tuktuk service provided at the hotel to be more organised. While I was there I would of used it more if the driver was around when he should of been and the service was more reliable. They should do a pick up service from Nana station when people are arriving...that would be great.

Very comfortable.
This was my 2nd time staying at this hotel. The hotel staff are very helpful and the rooms are very clean and well equipped. I'm quite happy with my stay and I will be staying again when I come back to Bangkok.
Very nice people free tuk tuk to sopping centers and close to all the action down the end of the soi so no noise from the traffic
