Bad maintenance
While this hotel is close to various shopping malls they are not close enough to walk, the road to central bangna is just about ok with a car, don’t bother trying to walk it. If you do not have a car then you have to rely on taxis, not easy to get one at night. So in general the location is poor. The rooms are a nice size but not utilized well, the bathroom had nowhere to put your accessories except round the sink, no hooks to hang wet towels and the dry towels kept in the shower, so when your showering they will get wet unless you place them on the floor outside the shower. Lights in the bedroom not working and a large damp patch on one of the walls. Staff very nice but I will not stay there again. Pattaya is a much better value destination in Thailand than Bangkok and for the same money I could of stayed in a very nice hotel.
