We booked 3 rooms requesting Non-Smoking and Double Beds for all rooms. On initial check-in we received all twin share rooms. Also had plumbing issues in all rooms. Plumbing issue fixed in 1 room, other room not fixed, and my wife and I were relocated to another room with a King Bed. Unfortunately the plumbing was faulty in this room too. Also the Hotels Cable TV system was down for more than 24 hours and the swimming pool was closed for about 24 hours. My wife and I were relocated again, this time to a suite which was very satisfactory. I asked for a discount on our bill, which we received, but the Operations Manager did not update on our file and we ended up wasting more time sorting out the problem.
