Hotel staff are friendly, convenience location with aprpx 10 mins walk to Asok BTS station. Pool is small, other facilities are okay, valued for money.

great room and great staff ..... very poor gym and pool was not in perfect location so could not really sun bathe around pool and terrace was limited with sun also due to its location but what i was most annoyed about was how slow your internet was- i was unable to watch tv programmes as the streaming was too slow so whilst a good try not to the standard i expected

Location is no good. I recomend Grand President of the same President Group.

An excellent hotel and wonderfully well located just off Sukhumvit Road. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are always well appointed and clean, as well as being excellent value for money.

Arrived late in the evening, quick check in. Hotel is older, and shows, but okay for the price. Sunday maid service was late and did not provide clean towels and poor job of cleaning the room. In house restaurant food was good. Scam taxis sitting in the hotel packing lot, avoid and take taxi off the street, allowing this type of service to be provided by the hotel reflects very badly on the hotel.

Stayed in the Court Wing, about a minutes walk from reception, relatively quiet, huge room, wide screen Tv, full size fridge, microwave and a 2 element cooker, king size bed.
Staff were all very friendly and eager to help, breakfast was plentiful, awesome fresh omelette, made to order, a couple different juices, that changed daily, a good range of western and thai food to choose from, if one of the serving dish'e ran out it was promptly refilled.
Highly recommended.

Stayed 2 nights as room was not as nice as it appeared on the internet.
The room we stay is big enough but the bulky furniture occupy the space and leave very little space for two of us to move around, the table chair is so big that we can not go to the toilet without moving the chair aside.
According to Asia Room information there is sauna and steam room but actually not available at Royal President.
The road from the hotel to Sukumvit is very narrow and need to be concern when walking.
