Great Location and i found the staff very helpful, The rooms are a bit outdated and a coat of paint could do wonders and some more modern furniture. Overall though the location makes up for any short comings the hotel may have
it was good stay
friendly stuff,good location,and smiling customer service and free shuttle service from hotel to Robinson, BTS, and others nearby bars and restaurants till 9 p.m. Room was big,nicely decorated ,self contained and had a variety of utensils so you could make your own food if required.it was really a pleasant holiday with wify :) Thank you !

Pleasant
Very friendly staff and good food. Close to train and always has transport outside. Doormen were great. Room was self contained and had a variety of utensils so you could make your own food if required. Close to several bars and good resturuants nearby
The hotel is wonderful, quiet and Nice Big Rooms.
The Welcome is wonderful, but the Parking leaves a lot to be desired, the Valet Parking was non Existant until I asked about it, One of the Main Entrance Doors to the Hotel was Sadly broken and No sign of any repair being done any time soon.
The Room is wonderful very large Wooden Floor big Bathroom, cooking if you want Refrigerator, Microwave etc etc.
The Pool was nice and relaxing the Pool food good but no Towels and No one there to take any Service, I was Lucky as someone happened to pass by so I got served.
Breakfast is reheated from the Previous day for a 4 to 5 Star Hotel the standard was very poor.
The Room was Cleaned very late in the day around 4.30pm and I departed at 8.00am daily for work and meetings.
They never gave fresh towels, soap, toilet paper, tissues, shampoo, anything that should be standard yet was supplied on day 1 but after that never, in fact after the third call for towels I had to go to Front desk and ask for towels
They never restocked the Mini Bar I had to literally beg for water
I departed after 3 nights as I really did not want to stay another night here.
i Understand I was there at a very special rate but the Normal rate for the room I had is 13000 to 14000 Baht per night 325 Euro or 420 USD so the service did not match the expectation.
The Reception Staff were wonderful, the Spa was very Good a little pricey I can get better in Bangkok but ok (shop around can really make a difference)
Overall My Experience rated around a 2 out of 10 I think and I would not stay again or recommend anyone to stay there at the current going rate of 13000 to 14000 Thai Baht its not worth it, I could have stayed 10 nights in a lesser hotel nearby with much better Service for these rates.

Booking out
Having stayed with you before, was looking forward to your usual quality. However a couple of things tainted our stay with you.
1. On arrival @ 22:00 hrs we had room service deliver two steak burgers with potato wedges, both were very soggy and the wedges extremely salty, needless to say most was left. I would add that both our breakfast and evening meal was very nice though.
2. As we were departing on the Tuesday evening, my wife made a list of all the items used within the fridge, so I could present this when settling the bill. I went to reception and a young lady pointed out that two of the items namely a can of soda and a bottle of water were complementary and proceeded to cross those two items off, in fact she wrote out a new list. I then settled the bill and went back to our room to fetch the cases.
I then went outside to see if our taxi had arrived when I heard my wife arguing with a male receptionist. I went back to find that he was accusing us of crossing off the two items and demanding we pay the difference. I confirmed what my wife had told him, and took um-bridge to the fact we were being accused of being dishonest. He agreed the water was then free, but still had to pay the 45THB, at which point I passed 100THB over to him saying it would appear you need this more than I do.
His attitude was unprofessional, obnoxious, and really spoilt what had been a pleasant stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was lovely, nicely decorated and clean. Staff was very helpfull and friendly. We were upgrated to the bigger suite, which was nice too.Thank you very much.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel which was after mid-night, the staff made every effort to meet our requests. We had a small problem and had to take a smaller room than booked but was assurred this was only for the one night and then we would be given the larger room we had booked. Thos happened without incident and we were more than satisfied , ion aqddtion we had a complimentary basket of friuit delivered to the room.
Breakfast was of a high standard and a great start for the day, again staff were attententive and friendly to all our needs.
We would not hesitate recommending your hotel to friends.

Excellent Hotel
I returned to this hotel after 6 years. I was impressed then and impressed now. The facilities are very good for a up scale Bangkok hotel, without the expense. The lobby and stairs area are looking a bit tired, bit the pool is nice and the rooms very well appointed and clean. I would recommend this to any one visiting Bangkok. One slight negative might be its location, which is a good 10 minute walk from the main shopping area, or to the BTS, but that would be being picky as its not a big nergative at all.
