This hotel does not provide free shuttle bus to Cha am as stated in hotel brochure. They charge 70baht per person by tuk tuk. Was told by reception as I booked through Asiarooms I was not able to use free shuttle, it made me feel very unwelcome.

The Hotel and specially the garden looks...
The Hotel and specially the garden looks great. Unfortunately it does not have a real beach cause it is only a small stripe of beach which is most of the day over flooded by tides. The advertised iron and board in the room is not existing! After mentioned to the reception we get just a smile and a shrug. The Hotel telephone list told me that Berlin (Germany) is located in the former German democratic republic with the international dialing code +37. Funny or embarrassing? The German hotel management should know it better. But beside this, I can only recommend the place.
