Forget it if you don't have a car
The apartment is huge, in a block built next to the sea, with a big cluster of villas. Its all clearly aimed at the "falang" retirement market. The only other people we saw staying there were in their 60s, 70s.
There is no beach, as the developer chose to build right out into the sea (by the looks of the sand bags by the fences on the villas next to the sea, probably the most expensive ones, not too prudently).
But why worry about a beach here with the sensation beach in Cha-am. A tip: go to the very furthest ends of the beaches. Where there are hardly any Westerners. In fact hardly any people. The restaurants are cheaper, the little forest supplies much needed shade.
Forget this as an option if you don't have a car. There is nothing about this on the website (which sort of lies and says it is on Cha-am beach... ) it is a good 10 minutes drive out of town. We rented a mo-ped, and used a taxi when travelling with the baby.
But armed with car – the three pools of various depths are spotless and great to swim in (we discovered our 9 month-old adores swimming, she was so funny splashing about), the apartment is truly endless with giant rooms, air-con cool throughout – the stay should be a delight. Probably ideal either for parents with young kids, who cant get lost on the estate, or parents with teenagers who can mo-ped into Cha-am at night.

This was like a trap. Nothing to do with a hotel and a 4 stars. This was in fact a self contained 2 beds room. The quality of beds was terrible. What about the service, we could not even talk about service as there was no phone in the room. Room amenities were very poor, few towels, but no soap and no toilet paper recharge...not ideal for a family with young children arriving at night time without information for such service. The room was more than 200 meters from a sort of beach and just beside a sort of pond full of noisy frogs. Impossible to find something to eat when having a late check in, as the hotel is 4km away, north of Cha am beach...so please don't take reference to asiarooms website and go away from this hotel!

We had a lovely stay. The place is just like in the pictures. It was peaceful and quiet and we had the whole of the resort to ourselves for most of the time. I booked a Chalet with a private Jacuzzi but was put in one without near the private pool area which was lovely.
My only bad thing to say is that is very isolated. There is no where near to get a massage on the beach or eat out on the beach. One of my favourite things in Thailand is to be able to just walk along the beach for a massage or to eat out as I hate having to get into a car or bus. There was nothing like this close by and you had to catch the shuttle or get a cab to do this. Cha aM itself didn't impress me. I have stayed at other places where the shuttle to Hua Hin was free and they were further away. Massages in Cha Am were terrible and more expensive compared to Hu Hin but having to pay to go into Hua Hin was quite expensive.
All in all we had a lovely break but he owners need to look at providing a free shuttle to Hua Hin.

very nice location clean safe very close to the clean beach.you have to go to hua hin for shopping and
eating 20 min drive away.rent a car if possible if you want to get about as nothing near this resort.nothing in walking distance but peace and quiet.
