The Hotel was good value for money
In room wifi expensive at 150 baht per day-better to use in foyer at 20 baht hourly.

Is a family run hotel. Friendly and cheerfull. A small hotel near the beach.
Get what you pay for . . .
Friendly place . . . run by family. You don't pay much - and you don't get much. It's clean and had a good hot shower. Bed was rough as sleeping on stones. But check the rates. . . it's a very competitive market in Cha Am, so the room prices are keen. Good wi-fi and quiet position in Cha An north. Beach is right across the road and parking is easy. Decent restaurants nearby . . . but it's 2 or 3 kms to the main bars.
Pleasant
I had a very pleasant stay in this friendly hotel, with friendly staff. I stayed in a room with balcony overlooking the boulevard and the green beach full of trees. I would love to go back there even to read a book at that spot.
We, my friend and I, had both a nice room for ourselves (+douche and toilet) we had a balcony and a view at the beach.
Our stay at Cha am Seaside hotel was a real pleasent one. The staf was friendly and helpfull.

Nice almost beachfront location
Easy to walk to restaurants. This is almost beachfront. Room in the front is sea view. Staff is helpful and friendly.

Cha am was a very nice place to visit as it is a lot more quiter than the other big holiday resorts,,The hotel is in a great location with the beach just across the road giving me wonderful beach views from my balcony room,The banana boat and jet ski rides on the beach were fabulous.The hotel staff were very friendly and always wanting to make my stay in Cha am a pleasant experience,The manager was always helpful and made sure i felt welcome .I recommend the restuarants nearby and the local markets for shopping as Cha Am is a lot cheaper to visit than many of the other holiday resort areas ,The nearby fishing village is recommended for fresh seafood,I will return for a longer stay next time as its great value for money
