it just a working distance to the Warorot Market. It ready money value as a simple breakfast is provided and mineral water in room.

You get what you pay. For TB1050 for 3 nights, it is absolutely cheap. The bathroom is clean, so as the beds and the pillows but we were sweating at night due to the 'faulty' air-conditioning. The receptionist were not very helpful when we needed help...........

Look, I know at this price point what is possible. The pictures on asiarooms made me hopeful. But what you see, definitely ain't what you get.
Only if you don't have the energy to search out better, as there is for less. But most of these places don't use asiarooms. So you need to shlep around a bit, and if you have the time, you will better pleased.

This budget accommodation is perfect for those who don't want to spend a lot of money in Chiang Mai. You get what you pay for, however they do speak some English and are helpful with most matters.
It is so close to the day market & not far to walk to the night market as well.

This hotel is basic, but thay is in no way a criticism (if you want room service, hotels bars/restaurants/shops and opulent facilities - maybe you want to go somewhere else...?). The room was secure, functional and clean. The reception staff were helpful, despite some mild language barriers. Certainly for the price I cannot object to any aspect of my stay, and wouldn't object to going back there in the future.
The hotel is excellently placed between the old moated town and the river / nightmarket areas, which places it within 10-15 minites walk of most places a visitor to Chiang-Mai could wish to see.
The cafe/eatery opposite the hotels main entrance is also recommended as a quiet, friendly place to eat or grab an early morning coffee (its name eludes me sadly)

It is valuable for budget travellers but...
It is valuable for budget travellers but not family. Very close to the main attraction point of city. Easy to be accessible.
