We stay for 2 nights, and i say its value for money, the staffs are VERY helpful, though simple english we manage to make it to town and she (front desk) recommend us a Thai Food restaurant - very good restaurant, Breakfast is good too. TQ Asiarooms for your services.

The hotel is a bit far off from the old town but if you are looking for somewhere quite, like myself,I would highly recommend this hotel.
From my room, I could see the mountains, a very pleasent view indeed.

This was the first time staying here, and it was excellent.
The roooms are fantastic for the price, but the location requires you to hire a vehicle or catch a taxi any where you go. But what a view from the hotel!!!

Although this was a very nice hotel, it was listed as near the airport and that is why we stayed there. Due to the way the roads run, it was NOT very near the airport at all. It was a long ride and the hotel charged an expensive rate for their airport shuttle.
Due to the fact that we were catching a plane, we were among the first at the breakfast buffet. There was no heat under the bacon and ham and the crousants were in a steamer, which made them tough and soggy. Both problems are easy to fix, but it made a poor impression.

Stay at Chiangmai Hill 2000 for one night in late Jan,2006. Nice Room with nice staff..The location is a bit far from night bazzer, but it would not be a problem to us as we have rent a car to travel..Conveniance to visit the zoo, Chiangmai University and the Doi Suthep Temple..But bear in mind that the road to/from the hotel is always in traffic jams.....

A great value, no-nonsense place to stay. Staff were polite, unobtrusive and helpful. Hotel restaurant good value and a good and varied breakfast included.
Be aware that this hotel is a bit out of town which may suit some and not others.
