The rooms and bathrooms are small and...
The rooms and bathrooms are small and dark. Got lots of mosquitoes. The aircon in our room was faulty and we have to change the room in the middle of night. The new room has no electricity and we have to move to another room. We had a long and tired day and I hope the maintenance/housekeeping should check these before we actually checked in. Thanks to the sympathetic staff.

The service, location and the enviroment is good. The buffet breakfast was fantastic. But the room and the bathroom are small and dark. Got lots of mosquitoes. The sheets look dirty and the towels need to be changed as the sides are torn. But, its value for money.

The location is great, easy access to all amenities, it's about 200 metres from the main road, quiet, unlike those by the roadsides which could be quite annoying.
The staff members are very friendly, room is clean and the view is great, you could see the curvey mountains from your window.
For those who feels 80 bahts to night bazzar by tuk tuk is a pinch, the hotel has "free" feeder twice nightly. If you were like me, you would not mind tipping the driver, he takes pride in his job.

Over all is ok,except room size too small.Cleanliness are very perfect but entrance way found water flood .Car park is not comfortable and check out time is not suitable
I think generally it is very good...
I think generally it is very good value for money. We were disapointed as the pool ans gardens were being renovated which was the reason i booked. Asia rooms should have pointed this out as i feel it's the biggest atribute of the hotel.
myself friends and family had stayed last year and were very impressed. The standard has gone down last year we had a welcome basket of fruit in the room, service at the pool etc,staff were v. helpful and courtious. Not so much so this time, i felt quite uncomfortable at times. For example on my last day
in chiang mai the pool was open i went for a swim then sat on the lounger, then was surrounded by work men and women mixing cement etc, and cutting the grass etc around me. When i expressed how disaponted i was with the pool and gardens being closed they did upgrade the room and offer me the use of a local health club to swim at.

the staff is friendly, the room is clean, but the location is not good, went out need to take the taxi or tuk tuk ....no convenient
Though the room size is small even...
Though the room size is small even compared to a normal standard room, I was amazed at the cleaniness of the hotel and the creative wash basin. The room I was staying has a good view of the famous Doi Suthep mountain. They have good choice and spread of breakfast. Consider good value for money. Probably will stay again if going further up to Chiang Dao, Doi Suthep and Mae Rim for tour.

Es ist ein gutes Hotel in guter Lage,vorallem,wenn man nicht nur die Stadt sondern auch die Umgebung mit dem Auto erkunden will.Empfehlenswert sind die suiterooms.
