The Lotus Pang Suankaew hotel is in a good location. The room is spacious and the aircon works . The breakfast is ok (reasonable mix of Thai and Continental). No complaint for the services.The pool is great for swimming ... if only the water is filtered more ... it will be really NICE!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Lotus Pang Suankaew. The service was very good. The room was excellent- nice and quiet at the back of the hotel. We got great pleasure from the swimming pool. The location of the hotel was very practical. It was very good value for money. Staff were polite at all times.
The only negative point was an excursion booked in the lobby of the hotel -a town tour which was very poor. They only took us to two temples and the market and then brought us back to the hotel after an hour. It cost 1000 baht!
We plan to return to the hotel at Christmas with some friends.

A beautiful Hotel but not happy with the location and found the central area of the building far too open and as with the dining room not really a warm atmosphere.

Good hotel. Good value. Ask for a deluxe room which is bigger. I stayed there twice.
