The Deluxe room was excellent and very good value. Nice views from my 9th floor room too. Nice relaxing entertainment at night when you could unwind with a drink and listen to the jazz and light music.
A few little complaints. Breakfast finishes at 10:00 AM which for many is too early, should be 11:00 AM like many other hotels. Also no bacon available only ham. SHould be at least the inferior american fatty streaky bacon or better proper European lean back bacon.
The pool was way way too cold and needs some heating during the "winter" months. It was too cold for me to go in deeper than my knees and I can stand reasonable cold okay.
Finally no shower gel only shampoo and bars of soap. I am used to always having shower gel also supplied.
These are only minor complaints but I think the hotel should look into these points as very easy to rectify.

it's a surprise that they provide free airport picking up. but pls remember their free shuttle bus to night bazzar is always full booked.

This hotel was great, very very nice deal for the price (21US). The normal room is pretty big, with a special loft set aside at the glass wall looking onto the city. Service was great, except that one of the service desk workers gave me incorrect information which led to a phone bill of 191US dollars, even though the calls were made within the city.

We upgraded for about 6 or 7 dollars and were given an executive suite on the 9th floor, it wa soooooooo big, you could hold a dance in there and very nice bathrobes,slippers, big shower and sunken tub, panarama view of the city, excellant food and location, if anything, the rooms are just starting to need a little touch up but for $29.00 us, it is the best deal in the north,maybe in all of Thailand! And we are now living in Thailand.

Reasonably priced. It was clean and safe. We stopped for 8 nights. Breakfast was okay. Its very close to Shopping complex, cinema, and restaurants, so its great for families. We enjoyed our stay. The standard rooms were very large for two, which was great. A very good budget hotel!

Huge sprawling hotel with large cathedral-like atrium lobby., a nice place to spend a few days. The staff are surprisingly helpful
and accommodating for such a large hotel.
There is live music in the lobby and the first floor coffee shop for most of the day
The standard rooms which are in a separate wing are quieter.
The hotel has the advantage of having direct acess through to the Kad Suan Kaew shopping mall with its shops, cinemas
,restaurants.
Incidentally, a good place to access the internet is Buddy Internet

The pool however is a bit sparse and feels like a building site.
