Hotel staff was very friendly - starting from the pick-up at the airport all the way during our 5-day stay at the hotel. The hotel is currently being renovated. Breakfast waffels were excellent! Good value for money for a 3* hotel.
King size bed can fit 3 easily....
King size bed can fit 3 easily. Not much of a view from room. Store/mini-market just next door to hotel, convenient for hotel guest to shop for basic needs. Free hourly shuttle (10 minute ride) to and from night bazaar. Hotel staff very polite and helpful.

A reasonable hotel, a double room large enough to sleep 3 with comfort. approx 50 Baht tuk tuk ride from Hotel to Night Market. However Hotel provided free transport to and from Night Market every hour until 11pm......very good.

This hotel is in a good location for exploring the old city of Chang Mai. Reasonable shopping all around but don't expect a "view" from the room. Pool and general finishes (decor) are a a bit tired.

For value and quality, this is the best hotel in Chiang Mai. I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past 7 years. It is inexpensive, the rooms are well kept, room service is efficient and inexpensive, the restaurants are exquisite, and the staff is one of the friendliest I have ever encountered. They even remembered me when I returned a year after my first stay.
