These days Internet access & speed are very important. In this hotel connection instruction were poor (needed 2 support visits) & connection dropping out. This would not be difficult to fix. My computer runs Windows 7. I would have stayed longer but internet access not satisfactory.

Tres bel hotel luxueux a prix abordable. dommage il loin des sites. personnel du hall d accueil tres serviable. merci encore a la personne qui s occupe de guider les touristes pour la visite des sites,elle nous a beaucoup,beaucoup, aidé pour obtenir une location asia rooms a Puket. en résumé que se soit les hotels 3 ou 4 etoiles asia rooms le personnel fait preuve d un accueil exceptionnel.on a envie de revenir.

After staying in a hotel in Bangkok...

After staying in a hotel in Bangkok with the same hotel rating, I did not think that the hotel rooms were equally comparable. This hotel admittedly was much older and had a more traditional Thai ambiance. We would have liked to have coffee & tea making facilities in the room and the western breakfast choices were a bit limited. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the location was ideal for our purposes.
