The Park hotel is clean and has...
The Park hotel is clean and has good facilities. Travelling with a child, when looking for a hotel a swimming pool was a priority and the Park has a nice one (though it could be a bit deeper!). They also provide a shuttle bus to the night market, what is noce.

Very nice hotel and good service. Just out of town but plenty of cheap transport. Nice swimming pool,nice food and nice people. Street outside is bit dirty otherwise is a very nice hotel. Recommend to anyone.

The hotel was much better than we...
The hotel was much better than we expected. And we had a very weird low price for what we received. A hotel like that in a european city would surely cost at least five times more. The only thing that maybe is not that good is the location, but, considering that in Chiang Mai there is a ton of cheap taxis and tuc-tucs, that is really not a great inconvenience. And it only take two minutes to get to the center. Summarizing, you wont regret choosing Park Hotel.

overall stay was ok.....especially like the king...
overall stay was ok.....especially like the king size bed.breakfast ok but same menu every morning.internet at the lobby slightly expensive.....location not very convenient and was not walking distance to night bazaar.

Though located slightly away from the city...
Though located slightly away from the city centre, the location and ambient is perfect. Transportation is not a problem, there are many tuk tuk and jumbo taxis around. We somestime just strolled to the city centre ion the evening. the staff members are very courtious, helpful, knowledgeable, and very friendly. we felt so relax staying in this hotel. I will definately return sometimes in the future

Hello, spent two nights here from...
Hello, spent two nights here from 13/06/07 to 15/06/07. What a really, really good hotel. It has an impressive lobby with very attentive staff. I had to wait 15 mins for my room but they advised me outside when it was ready. I found the staff throughout incredible. The room itself was great and i booked the superior(cheaper room), the double bed was huge and very comfortable. The bathroom was huge and spotless with all the necessary toiletries. The room also had a reasonable mini-bar and cable TV if you want to stay in. The swimming pool on the top floor was lovely too for a nice dip. Location wise, though a little out of town was no problem, minutes or so in TUK-TUK, ie to night bazaar no more than 40BHT or a 20 mins walk. What i'd really like to say is this is a fantastic hotel, the best i've found in Chiang Mai. Regards fellow travellers.

Overall i love this hotel. The receptionist are modest and helpful. In addition, their breakfasts is delicious and variety. For those with family members, you can save your travelling cost,cause you can eat till your stomach full before starting your daytrip. However, i'm able describe their location as quite situated only. From airport to their hotel will take less than 15 minutes. However, to reach night bazaar, it will take around 30 minutes. Along the way, there's nothing interesting to view. Although there are many tuk-tuk waiting outside the hotel, they charge high price although our destination is near to the hotel. The hotel provide free transportation to night bazaar, but unlikely to use the service due to limited time.

I stayed this hotel at 20 &...
I stayed this hotel at 20 & 26May with a very resonable rate. I would highly recommended to budget travellers, however, the location is not as good as I expected. Location : Need 80bht by tuk tuk to old city or bus station. There is a message center nearby. Facililites: There is a swimming pool in this hotel with 0.8m to 1.5m depth. I enjoyed to use it for sunbathing rather than swimming. Breakfast: Okay, I especially like the thai salad and danish bread. Room: Room size is very big, 19/F is non smoking floor. Bed & Pillow is very comfortable. Overall, I would probably stay there again.

This is a very nice hotel. The service was great and the breakfast was good. I rented a motorcycle, because I like to have my own transportation which came in very handy at this hotel. I liked everything about the hotel, but the location is not convienent if one is only on foot. I would highly recommend this hotel, because I think it is a great deal at the price - if booked through Asiarooms.
