We stayed 3 nights. The location was superb... just minutes from the Night Bazaar. We booked a deluxe room. It was large and quite clean, even after putting in the extra bed (triple sharing). 1) I had to request for additional towel, toiletries and drinking glasses as they had provided for 2 people even though we already booked a TRIPLE ROOM. 2) Breakfast buffet spread was extremely limited and the noodle and rice were always cold despite being placed on food warmers. Service was ok, but can be improved. Overall, I would stay here again.

Very cosy hotel with an excellent location....
Very cosy hotel with an excellent location. Rooms recently renovated, very decent and clean and spacious for 3 people.Minimum facilities, anyway, too busy shopping to use facilities in hotel. Good value or money.

We had a great time here. The travel desk was highly competitive with what was offered on the streets. They looked after our bags while we treked and welcomed us back by name. Would highly recommend this place.

For the price, this hotel is great....
For the price, this hotel is great. Don't stay there if you can't live with a mouldy bath mat & shower curtain & leaky plumbing though! Room was clean & serviced daily with free water each day. Great location just around the corner from the night bazaar. Staff were friendly. Don't use internet at the hotel - it's 250 baht an hour compared to 15 out on the street.

This was one of the great hotel that I ever stay in Chiang Mai! Good location for night bazzar. Told them it was my honeymoon, so they decorated the bed with rose petals, gave me a warmest welcome! STAR hotel is a value for money hotel to stay in! Worthwhile to go back to stay there again! Thumb up!!!

As honeymooners, we appreciate that we were upgraded to the Superior Room which was modern and contemporary. The room & bathroom are spacious and clean. But we suspect that the standard room we booked was not as nice since the staff mentioned that they were old rooms. Just walk out to the Night Bazaar street! very convenient. Thank you!!

It was quite a pleasant stay in...
It was quite a pleasant stay in Star Inn especially that the Hotel is close to the night market. However, i noticed that the Standard Rooms do not have kettle to boil water but you can find that in Superior rooms. The place is filled with mosquitos and which could have caused virus infection in my niece who is 7 years old. She kept feeling tired and sleeps alot since staying in that hotel. Already 6 days now. I left a lipstick box with my lipstick and my Maxis sim card (which is really important to me) and still hoping they are able to locate it for me. Thank you.
