we book 3 rooms, 2 standard and 1 deluxe room, no aircon on the 3rd day (last nite), no cable tv, no aircon, even communication breakdown in their own stuff, one stuff ask us shift to standard room, another stuff told us to shift to Suriwong hotel. after we came back room, found class door not close properly! room service nobody answer, room telephone out of order, we have to go down every time we found we short of something, room for my parent no clean, old towels on d floor, sigh......even we will check out the next day, cleaner still need to clean for me, rite?!1st time stay in dis kind of hotel,NEVER NEVER NEVER go back to dis hotel AGAIN!
