The overall service of the staff in your hotel is generally good.
However, your housekeeping department failed to turn down the beds in the evening. I believe all 4-5 star hotels do that everyday.
Also, the shower area in the toilet was very uncomfortable to use. It is the black ceramic floor which was unevenly laid. My feet felt hurt after a shower. Perhaps you should consider laying new tiles.

Nice large and clean room, excellant service...
Nice large and clean room, excellant service and lovely food. We ate in the hotel every night of our stay and the spacious lobby is great to sit for a drink after a hectic day of sightseeing. Would definately stay here again if I was to revisit the area. You will not be disappointed.

We intended to stay for only 5 days but extended another 4 days, a hotel with very friendly and helpful working staff, very clean,good food,and easy access to public transport for the elderly with children but those with stronger legs only need 20 minutes walk to the centre, very safe place and safe surroundings.

Our room was beautiful and spacious. The shower was powerful and roomy. I loved the mint chocolates on the pillows at night and all the space available for clothes. It might be nice to have a safety deposit box in the room.

This is a very good hotel in every respect and most definitely value for money. Especially, if you pre-book at least two days before. My only slight criticism is the music that is piped throughout the hotel could be changed as it tends to be tedious and depressing.
