Outstanding hotel and services...you get a lot more than what you pay for. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. Almost everything was excellent; only drawback and it's minor was that it is a little distant from lots in the city but a small problem.

Great value for money. Very please with the Hotel service and room size. Good breakfast spread. The only snag is that its a distant away fr the city centre of Chiang Mai ..that means wherever we need to go, we need to get onto a tuk tuk. Hmm! some negotiation required.

Have stayed there many times before. Castana and the Chinese restaurant are wonderful. The breakfast buffet is not as good as it used to be, but is still quite nice.

We have travelled for three weeks in Thailand now and we think the Westin gets for the first price for quality service and value for money. Congratulations. I will recommend the hotel to everyone of my friends when I hear they go to Chang Mai.

The hotel was brilliant and the staff catered to our every need. We stayed here for 3 nights and were made so welcome, even when we came back dripping wet through after the hilarity of Songkran. The rooms were excellent and room service was excellent but one small point: It would be nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. Apart from that, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great hotel. Huge well-appointed modern rooms. Excellent service. Restaurant pricier than most in area but breakfast and lunch buffets are quite impressive. I had problems with a 3 and a 4 star hotel in Chiang Mai so I moved here - no comparison as Westin is much, much better than other hotels in town. Only negative is location which is not within walking distance of much, though a short 80 baht tuk tuk (readily available at front door) ride will take will take you to all the action in 5 minutes. This Westin is nicer than Westin's I've stayed at in the US for 4 times the price.
