"The Four Seasons in Chaing Mai was..."
The Four Seasons in Chaing Mai was absolutely spectacular - great room with a gorgeous bathroom and private outdoor patio overlooking the immaculate grounds. It is about 20-25 minutes from Chaing Mai, but the hotel offers a shuttle service to the city. We did not want to leave this property and loved everything about it. The food was excellent, the service was exceptional. Our every need and want was immediately taken care of with a smile. I did the cooking class which includes a trip to the local market. This was a great experience and very informative. We tried the Spa which was OK - we have had better massages elsewhere. Overall, we highly recommend this property and will definitely return.

"Resort like hotel with American standard. Prices..."
Resort like hotel with American standard. Prices are a bit steep given the superb other options for accommodation. If you like the Thai hospitality and style, better go for The Chedi in Chiang Maiand choose
the Club suites with a lot of service and value! Plus it is right in the centre of the city.

"Paradise in Chiang Mai! Ive never experienced..."
Paradise in Chiang Mai! Ive never experienced such luxury or service before! The rooms were gorgeous and the outlook was fantastic. A great place to stay for 3-4 days and not go anywhere else! The
poolside service was fantastic with our water glasses being filled up every five minutes and a spray of evian spritzer when it got too hot! Definately worth the price - but not for everyone. Only the breakfast was slightly dissapointing in that 1) it wasnt included in the room rate (which was high enough as it was) and 2) because there were not many people there the food was a bit ordinary - eg pancakes had been sitting there for a while and werent fresh. We were much happier with the room service breakfast served in our private outdoor area!

"This hotel is probably the most beautiful..."
This hotel is probably the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed at. The gardens and surroundings are breathetaking. The staff cannot do enough for you. But.... It is far out from the city (They
do have a shuttle, but it does not run frequently). The prices are unbelieveable for the food and the bugs in the room was more than my husband and I could stand. I definately do not recommend this hotel. They know there is a problem, because they have 2 different kinds of bug deterants in the room. Mitzi Estrin

Absolutely fabulous place. Great service lush surroundings and a "bend over backwards to please" service policy.

"The Four Seasons is a beautiful place..."
The Four Seasons is a beautiful place to stay for a few days, but I think it is overrated, it is really expensive. Although the personel is really attentive it is almost too much, one can hardly take a step without somebody watching you.

"We planned three days to tour Chaing..."
We planned three days to tour Chaing Mai and never left the Four Seasons. My teenagers loved it ad we just relaxed. The food and service was outstanding. The spa was enjoyed by all of
us. This is not a cheap stay, but was worth every penny. I will go back for a longer stay and this time spend one day exploring Chaign Mai.

"This was a very beautiful place to..."
This was a very beautiful place to stay in all respects. I particularly liked the way that the individual rooms were built into the garden to allow for maximum privacy. The outdoor 'Sala' was a
marvelous addition to the accommodation. We would have spent more time there if only the pool had not been so tempting. The service was exemplary and went way beyond expectations. For example as you lay by the pool, cold towels, iced water were offered at regular intervals together with occasional ice pops. Although the accommodation is very expensive, we felt that the restaurant was reasonably priced and served good food. We could only afford two days here but in a way that was long enough to feel really pampered - any longer might have felt a bit too self indulgent!

Extremely pleasant and helpful staff who are dying to make your come and go as seamless as possible. The cooking school was perfect. If I ever return to Chiang Mai, I will stay here. I also like to free shuttle to and from the city.
