Beatyfull lobby areas in the hotel. The things the hotel promise sounds good, but doesn´t fit to realities. The rooms are small,dirty and old.The air were "wet" in the rooms.The bathrooms are very old.
We had payed for two rooms in two nights, but didn´t want to stay the last night. We didn´t get money back for the last night.
Interesting how such a peace- and beautiful...
Interesting how such a peace- and beautiful place can be located in a town center. Having booked a Deluxe (Lanna) room, I was impressed how well designed the hotel is. It assembles differently constructed buildings and - despite offering quite a large number of rooms it - appears cozy and small.
The staff is well trained, extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast pretty much a straight forward, standard one. Bread and rolls from the own bakery shop, one won´t find typical thai breakfast (rice soup etc.), but can order.
For self-drivers: The car park is a little difficult to get to. Reception is in Soi 7, car park entry in Soi 6, both hitting the center circle road in the east. But to the mainroad Soi 6 has a number of foodstalls that don´t allow larger cars - and especially SUV - to get into it during day time. Following the signs to their car park from Soi 6 is a little tricky.
The room size was a little small, compared to what I normally am used to get. But who wants to stay in the room - except for sleeping - anyway ...

my partner and i stayed in a superior room. First of all we got a room on the old wing then we were not satisfied so we have requested a new room. They brought us to a new wing of their hotel which was very newly renovated and it looked very beautiful. So my tip is request for Superior ''Green''when you are booking for 2 people. They had these small tiny gardens everywhere in the hotel with waterfalls and flowers, very nice environment. Swimming pool was great and you get a good view of the Doi Suthep mountain. Gym was not so good i would say. Only an all in one kind of working out machine. Breakfast was fantastic!!!! Staffs were very friendly. The situation of the hotel very much in the heart of chiang mai. We were very happy about this hotel! Surely we will return!

Eurana was pretty and well-located; it's staff friendly and helpful; it's rooms large and well-equipped. I had only two complaints: The mattress was far too firm, and the hot water was tepid at best.

This hotel in general we found ok but simple relation price and quality is ok but we were in honeymoon and this is not the hotel that we expected.

We were for honeymoon in Chiang Mai and stayed at Eurana for 6 days(18-24/10).Located at a very nice place in the old town very close to anywhere. Bars, restaurants,at the neighborhood and just 10 min from the night bazaar.
We loved this boutique hotel! Very nice decorated with interior garden, waters running and soft music playing creating a chill out atmosphere! The hotel was very clean and everybody who worked there was very willing to serve and help us in every way! Amazing smiles at an amazing boutique hotel!
