Great hotel! Wonderful position close to shopping....
Great hotel! Wonderful position close to shopping. Good value for money. It is location within 10 minutes walking distance to night bazaar. The room is spacious and clean without blocking. Front desk staffs are helpful and friendly. Able to understand English. Only dissatifaction is the breakfast, there are not much variety but the taste was great. Will definitely come back and recommend to friends.. ...It was well worth for the money.

This is a very nice hotel with a great location. The breakfast was good and it has a very nice pool. On the downside, upon check-in the receptionist gave us a small room with two small beds when we reserved and paid for a delux room with a king bed and extra bed for (3 people). We complained and all they can come up with was a superior room with king bed and cot bed which is a downgrade to our booking. Also, I requested a second roll of toilet paper since we had three people and we were told that they ran out of tiolet paper, which I refuse to believe. All in all it's good hotel, but they need to improve on hospitality and give their guest what they paid for.

This is a very nice hotel. The staff are very nice people. The hotel is situated near to the night bazzar, so there is not far to walk. The swimming pool is great, large and very clean, nice showers too. The only drawback is that you have to pay to use the gym. The room was also very pleasent, I would certainly stay there again. Buffet breakfast was terrific !
