the rooms are a good size and clean,

A very good hotel and was very pleased with all aspects and you couldn't beat the value for money here --- good breakfast and so close to the market and without any noise.

Excellent value for money. Room is clean and comfortable. Great location, just minutes away from the night bazaar. Breakfast is comparable. Nice swimming pool on 1st floor with deck chairs.
There is a shed/road side stall along the road leading to the hotel serving fried rice, noodles etc. 25 baht per plate (S$1)cheap and delicious.
Staff is helpful and polite.A very nice stay for me.

Please remember you get what you pay for and don't judge a book by it's cover. The rooms are small, beds uncomfortable bathroom is small and has a cheap 3 foot x 3 foot shower that in our case leaked everywhere not to mention the 3 baht/1 minute internet usage when everywhere else it is 1 baht/min. Please do what is honest and lower the rating on this "Inn" to 2 stars, it in no way is a 3 star hotel.

Stayed at this hotel in May in a deluxe room. The room is at direct heat from the afternoon sun. When we were back at the room about 5p.m. it was like a furnace, so the air-cond takes a long time to cool the room.
The room is Okay.
