The hotel is located next to the popular Night Bazaar in the heart of the city, making it an excellent base from which to explore- the Old town is just round the corner and The Mae Ping River is also close by along with all the riverside restaurants.
There are 72 well designed rooms, which are fully furnished with facilities like individually controlled air conditioning, colour television, mini bar, multi channel music system and direct dial telephone lines.

This was our fourth stay at Downtown Inn over the last five years. While the rooms may be a little run down, mainly the bathrooms, the cleanliness is well above average, this hotel is excellent value.
