We were a group from Spore that...
We were a group from Spore that took 7 rooms. The hotel was full during our stay. Service was good and great value for money. Room is very large, although very basic and somewhat worn (but clean). Would be helpful if the room has a hot water kettle. Breakfast is excellent - wide choice of both oriental and western items. Very well located and convenient - a stone's throw from the night market, lots of restaurants around, and 7-11 is just across the street.

I tried to have a red wine...
I tried to have a red wine in your new opened night-club. The barman informed me that red wine (nor white wine) are not on the list of the drinks! Such a pretentious night-club should keep at least a red wine on the list of drinks. Later - after intervention by a supervisor/manager - a bottle of wine was brought from up-stairs and I finally had the privilege to get a red wine.
We all (me two sons and me) enjoid the nice swimming-pool. That's grate.

Food and accomodation was perfect. Massage available in the hotel was very well priced to make it attractive. Gym was good. The only flawed event was with the speed of the lift. 10 mins for the lift to come was too long to wait. And when it came it was full, so we have to wait another 10 mins? We ended up taking the stairs most of the time. Management is fixing this, according to the sign. Hope the next time I'm there its done. While you're at this, you may consider getting the correct lighting colors for the lift direction. Green is for UP, while Red is for DOWN. It was opposite on the higher floors so guests were actually confused when the GREEN light showed up for lift going down, especially with the lack of screens to tell where the lift was coming from. Oh, and the cakes were delicious too. Great location.
The only thing decent about this hotel...
The only thing decent about this hotel was its location near the night market. The front desk was awful,when asked questions by phone, they hung up on us... Upon check out were asked to leave early as they had a large group coming in. Rooms are very run down. Elevators either did not work or were extremely slow. At breakfast, they ran out of coffee continually,and no one would get any more. I would never stay at this hotel again!

This hotel was an excellent value. The people at the reservation and cashier desk were friendly and helpful. The room was attractive, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a variety of very good food. It was located very near the Night Bazaar.
