The hotel is owned by a mid-aged couple. They are friendly and ready to serve their guests at all time. During our one day stay at the Swiss Cottage house, we encountered some problems such as air-con not cool, air-con leakage and window problems. The repair started immediately without any delay. Nevertheless, we requested for the transfer of unit but were being asked to top up the difference. We settled into a smaller house, 2,000 baht lesser than the one we booked, after some negotiations. No compatsation was being made to us.
However, the owner and the staff of the resort are very friendly and approachable. The place is beautiful and spacious and the air is fresh.
We are happy with their service, sort of personal, and do not hesitate to recommand anyone to stay at Touch Star Resort. It is a good place for relaxation.
