This was an extemely pleasant surprise. The staff was very attentive and took time to know our names. We thought YCV was a beautiful oasis from the city with great access to the night markets. My husband and I totally recommend this to anyone!
A very charming hotel - the staff were very good and knowledgeable of the area. They were especially kind to our young ones and looked after them. Our room was very good and breakfast was great. If you have a young family, it is recommended that you hire a car/driver to see the attacrtions in the old city. Overall though, we would return to this hotel.
This hotel was everything I hoped having seen the photos. It was wonderful. Our room was large with separate entrance, huge bathroom with bath for two and walk in shower, balcony overlooking the gardens and pool. The pool was great one depth all over great if like me you are not a giant - but deep enough for swimming! The staff were very helpful and attentive. The free internet in the reception/lounge was nice to have. The location is good near the night bazaar but in it's own gronuds a haven from the hustle and bustle but close enough. The restaurant was good but you close to town to go out for other choices. I would stay here again without hesitation, it was lovely and so pretty.
Having just returned from a 16 day trip around Thailand I have to say the Yaang Come Village was the warmest, most comfortable, most relaxed hotel we stayed at. I cannot find any fault with it, it is prerfect in terms of location, service, facilties, rooms and friendly staff. A little piece of paradise in beautiful chiang Mai.
An enchanting little haven right in the midst of all the excitement of the city. Very tastefully decorated, with attention paid to every little detail.
The staff were impeccably polite, friendly and helpful, especially the concierge, who gave us very helpful local tips.
It was quite simply the best hotel I've ever stayed in.

This has the feel of a family-run hotel; small, low key and friendly. If you are expecting the 'highly polished' yet slightly impersonal service approach of a large chain hotel, you will be disappointed. Yaang Come Village offers simple and uncomplicated yet high quality service with a broad Thai smile. The location is great and the pool a lovely escape. There is building going on next door which is noisy but given the obvious development going on in Chiang Mai, I imagine this could be an issue in many hotels.
Hotel was a lovely, intimate boutique hotel.
It was beautifully furnished, so much so we brought some pottery and cushions from the hotel (who have a price list so you can buy their soft furnishings)
Staff were incredibly helpful and polite.
Would highly recommend for above reasons and the brilliant location right beside the night market and just short walk to the riverside restuarants & old town.
Can't fault the place at all.
This has to be one of the best hotels in Chaing Mai. The setting of the hotel offers peace and tranquility and guests are truly pampered by the attentive and friendly staff. The restaurant offers a good choice of excellent meals - so much so that we ate at the hotel every night.
The night market is just a five minute walk and the temples in the old city a short tuk tuk ride away.
Whilst there, we booked an elephant ride and lunch, followed by a bamboo raft ride. We discovered that we had the hotel mini-bus to ourselves and were well looked after for the day.
Our one regret was that we only stayed for three nights but we will return for a longer stay next year.
