Everything was great at the resort. Resort...
Everything was great at the resort. Resort service and food was wonderful. Only complaint is the high price of the resort considering it is quite far from the city.

I have stayed at the Veranda a...
I have stayed at the Veranda a couple of weeks ago. Superbly located surrounded by montains and 20 minutes drive from the airport. Staff very well trained and extremely polite and helpful. I bit disapointed about the room. Stayed in Jacuzzi Suite and no trash bin next to sink, no soap, door nob has not been changed for the last couple of days, lighting cannot be dimmed, and for a romantic retreat should be available. Overall very nice stay, however should pay more attention on details (logical details) in the room. Would go back again. Regards Markus

This is a nice resort and the...
This is a nice resort and the Jacuzzi Suites are fantastic - very relaxing. Breakfast was excellent (included good cheese!)... and pool is beautiful. Even the gym, which no-one else was using, was very good and helped to work off the cheese breakfast! Possibly a tad overpriced though.

We are happy to stay with your...
We are happy to stay with your hotel because the service is excellent, especially the staffs in the resturant at the swimming pool. While I have some suggestion for your further improvement: 1. When we have rest at swimming pool, it's very noisy because something were re-built then 2. The water for shower is too small although the top shower tap is very big 3. It's not convenient to go out because there is only one shuttle bus everyday and we have no enough time to shopping in the town. Furthmore, the reception cannot call taxi for customers and unreasonably ask customers to call by ourselves. How do the customers know the telephone No. for the taxi? This kind of service should be improved to bring more convenience to customers.
