This hotel is in quite a central location, between the night market and the weekend markets. The adjacent blocks to the hotels do not have lift services, so can be a problem for seniors to climb the flight of stairs with the heavyu luggages. The breakfasts really need to be more interesting. If you had stayed there more than four days, you would want a greater variation in the food served. The hotel service was overall satisfactory, except for one trainee staff at the reception who didn't know anything and was not keen to find out for the guests.

This hotel has a great free breakfast...
This hotel has a great free breakfast and restaurant as well as free internet. The front desk service is also good and very helpful with any information you may need. The general facilities within the room are where they let themselves down though. In a deluxe room for the price you pay you might expect little things like more t.v channels, a bedroom tv, soap, conditioner, hair dryer, clock, bed linen ,an extra pillows, pool towels or even free tea coffee and water. Not at this place ... keenio

Nice location considering Chiang Mai area. The service is average. The restaurant is closed at night and practically there are no others around. I stayed at the deluxe room and the service overall looked standard to me.

This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel. I have stayed in a villa, a room and a suite. The villas attached are not designed for international tourists. A suite is good value giving a separate lounge and DVD though rooms are adequate for short stops. The hotel is clean, comfortable and quiet with the basics - breakfast, pool, small gym, and free internet. Breakfast buffet has all basic needs though not the best. There is no cafe but tea/ coffee making facilities provided. It is an easy safe walk to the night market, and a hairdresser, a bank and 7 Eleven are attached. Friends have stayed there and were satisified with it also. Good value for the money.

My score reflects the main hotel and not the annexe's, take Care when booking this hotel that you are not booking one of the two annexe's either side of the hotel, at first they tried to put me in a room in the annex to the right side of the hotel and no lift, four flights of stairs,we where shown to what was a lovely big room but the view from the windows was one side of the hotel and the other a grotty old building very close to the window. Because of the view and the stairs I refused to stay in the annex and was given an upgrade for 300BHT per night in the hotel, The hotel was superb and staff lovely and spoke good English. If I was to moan and give a downside it was that the TV channels had no news channel and no resturaunt to eat in the evening and no room service available. Apart from this we had a lovely room with fantastic views of the mountains. It is only minutes walk to the night bazar with all shops minutes from the hotel including a 7/11 mini market shop. We would stay here any time we come back 100%.
