Overall, it's not a bad hotel. We stayed in a deluxe terrace room, and truthfully while it was clean it was not up to a four star standard. The terrace rooms are in outlying buildings with no elevator (we were on the 3rd floor). The room is very large and is more like a suite, but it's very sparsely decorated. I got the impression the regular rooms in the main building were much nicer. The breakfast buffet was very good (especially the pancakes). We tried to go to the restaurant for dinner on Saturday night, but it was closed! The pool was nice. The hot tub was more like a bathtub-style hot tub but no one was ever using it so it was always available. Staff spoke enough English to get by. Overall, not a bad hotel but if you're looking for four star I'd look elsewhere.
