Our room was upgraded which was very nice of the hotel. I think since it was a low season, it was easier for them. You will enjoy amazingly nice view, surrounding area, and hotel ground. It's really one of a kind. Hotel is in a very remote area and because of that, you would need to pay more for taxi service but again, it's very quite and secluded. When you wake up, you will hear many different birds and monkies. Staffs are very nice and friendly but front desk and night restaurant staff sometimes felt too business like. No free internet in the room which was pretty inconvenient. Restaurant and spa were pretty good but they were pretty pricy as well. There wasn't other choice around the hotel so we ate at the hotel every night and we(2adults&3kids) spent about 1500bht per meal for dinner. Save taxi drivers business card and use their service instead of hotel when you travel far. It takes about 1 hour to the airport.
