Very Good Hotel
Estuvimos tres noches en noviembre de 2010. Es un hotel excelente. El trato es atento, servicial y detallista, pero sin llegar al exceso.
El hotel es relativamente, pequeño, por lo que es muy tranquilo. La habitación era preciosa y muy espaciosa. La piscina es pequeña y el agua estaba un poco fria. La única pega es que las vistas exteriores son feas, ya que el hotel está encajonado entre casas circundantes. Pero todo lo demás, perfecto. El bufet del desayuno, fantástico.
Sin duda, un hotel que aconsejo pasar unos días de relax o aventuras en Chiang Mai.

An excellent hotel. The hotel is really as described on the web site, so I will not repeat the description here. The staff are exceptionally polite and helpful. The spoken English is good.
The hotel is in a loud tourist area, in the center of tourist activities, but the hotel itself and the rooms are absolutely quiet.
The hotel runs a restaurant/Cafe which is a little more expensive than standard Thai places, but offers Thai and European food. Useful if you do not feel like looking for somewhere to eat and of reliable quality as opposed to some other places around.

Our stay at the hotel was brilliant....
Our stay at the hotel was brilliant. The location was excellent being in the centre of the nightlife, but yet was set far enough off the street to get a good nights sleep.
The staff were all so polite, helpful and happy that it was a pleasure walking through reception.
The only comments that I could make are:
* The water pressure in the shower made the shower head move!! (although this obviously didn't hamper our stay there in any way!)
* There wasn't anyone manning the tour desk for the majority of the time, however when we wanted to visit the Night Safari at very short notice, one of the ladies on reception sorted this out within 15 minutes - very, very helpful!!
* There was no one manning the pool bar so it was difficult to get a drink, however due to the extensive complimentary stock in the mini bar this was not an issue - just meant a short walk to the room.
If possible, please re-lay back a massive thank you to all the staff, our stay at the hotel was made better by their smiles and helpfulness!!

Very nice hotel with excellent, helpful and attentive staff. Nothing was too much trouble and all made our stay very pleasant. Very clean. Only critisism was a lack of seating in the room (one chair) and only two chairs and a small table outside the rooms in communal area to cater for all.

We enjoyed our stay very much.Staff were excellent and always smiling. They organized a driver to take us on sightseeing trips and he was very good. Only thing we felt that there should have been another chair in the room.

What a charming boutique hotel - an oasis in the middle of chaotic Chiang Mai. It is tucked away just a few steps from a main road that insures quiet and privacy.The hotel is immaculate and the staff is very well trained. Breakfasts were done well! I did not have any another meals at the De Naga but the menu was interesting and not overpriced for hotel food. The only drawback to the hotel is the lack of a fitness center and the tiny pool which is more like an oversized jacuzzi. I would definintely return and recommend it. A terrific value.
