Good location but thats where it stops
The location of the mall could not be better if you are interested in going into the night market. But, the experience of the hotel itself was not up to the mark. The staff were attentive but passive at the best of times. the room did not come with the internet which is very odd for a hotel that claims to be five stars. the laundry prices were ridicilious, especially when a laundry shop next to the hotel was charging 20 bath per kilo. the selection of movies on demand and the selection of tv channels were so disatisfying that it was better to keep the tv off. I would give it 6 out of 10.
