Really nice 4 star hotel. A little bit far from the tourist strip but still ok.

For the return trip be ause it is so far. Tip before getting tuk tuk back get go for a walk

Gooood hotel,but very far from main city
The hotel is very nice and clean,but it is very far from main city 20 minute,no taxi in that area,and if you go to the main city the taxis dont know where is the hotel location and the arw taking high price to hotel.

Cleanliness. I would like to advice about using wifi just only for zone wifi not for private in the room so it's not convinience anyway if possible I will come back to stay there again.

Great value for money
I had read some good reviews of this hotel and was not disappointed. Nice quiet hotel. Only negative side is that it's a bit far from Chiang Mai city center. The pub on 17.th floor could close a bit later. I didn't eat a lot at the hotel, only one spaghetti carbonara and had breakfast one time. Not too impressed.

Friendly staff. Great Room. Beautiful Motel. I stayed here with my girlfriend and due to a mix up with the booking the room had only two single beds. When I asked for a room with a double bed I was disappointed when told there were none available. It was the offpeak season and it wasn't busy at all.
My girlfreind and I were dissapointed as we stayed here for eight nights in single beds. No effort was made to accommodate our request. Besides the single beds issue we had a lovley stay here.
